Our Guidelines & Fees
- Pet Allowance: We happily welcome one pet per room weighing under 20 pounds.
- Nightly Pet Fee: A non-refundable fee of $50.00 per night (plus applicable taxes) will be processed upfront at check-in.
- Direct Bookings Only: Our pet-friendly program is currently available exclusively for reservations booked directly through the official Night Hotel website.
- Advance Notice: Please notify us in advance if you are traveling with a pet so we can properly prepare your room prior to arrival.
Safety, Supervision & Guest Courtesy
- Public Spaces: For the safety of everyone, pets must be kept on a leash or in a secure carrier at all times when in public areas of the hotel.
- In-Room Supervision: Pets may not be left unattended in the guest room at any time during your stay.
- Housekeeping: If housekeeping service is required while a pet is in the room, please coordinate with the Front Desk. For the safety of our associates and your pet, housekeeping may not enter a room with an unattended pet.
Damage & Additional Cleaning
Guests are responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, stains, odors, or other property-related costs caused by their pet or service animal. Additional charges may be applied to the guest’s account when necessary.
Service Animals & Assistance Animals
Service animals are always welcome at Night Hotel at no additional charge and are not subject to the standard pet fee or pet weight restrictions, in accordance with applicable law in New York City.
Please note that Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) are not classified as service animals under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and, where permitted by applicable law, are subject to the hotel’s standard pet policy, including the $50.00 nightly pet fee (plus applicable taxes). Weight restrictions apply.
