Nobody reads the fine print…until they wish they had. So here’s the simple version: the when, how, and what-to-expect bits of your stay. Skim once, and you’re good to go.
Check-in Requirements
- Guests must be 18 years or older with valid photo identification to stay at the property.
- Guests are required to present a government-issued identification with a credit card under the same name upon check-in.
- Please note: Credit card authorization release processing times vary depending upon your banking institution and are not set by the property.
Deposit Policy
- Your reservation is secured with the credit card provided at the time of booking. The hotel will authorize 100% of the first night’s room charge on the day of arrival.
- Settlement for the remaining nights will be completed at the time of check‑in.
Reservation Cancellations / Modifications / Early Departures
- You may cancel your reservation until 4:00 p.m. local hotel time one day prior to your scheduled arrival to avoid a one‑night room and tax penalty.
- Any changes to your arrival date, departure date, or room type are subject to the hotel’s availability at the time the request is made and may result in a revised rate and/or applicable cancellation fees. To request a modification, please contact the hotel directly.
- Rates quoted are based on the check‑in date and length of stay originally reserved.
- Should you depart prior to your confirmed departure date for any reason, the hotel may apply an early departure fee.
Credit Card Policy
- Upon arrival, a valid credit or debit card is required.
- The card will be authorized at check‑in for the estimated total cost of your stay—including room charges, applicable taxes, and facility fees.
- Please note that it may take 72 hours or longer after check‑out for your bank to release the authorization hold.
- Credit card authorization release processing times vary depending upon your banking institution and are not set by the property.
- For debit cards, holds may take up to two weeks to be released by the issuing bank. The hotel is not responsible for any overdraft fees resulting from these holds.
- Accepted currency is U.S. Dollars.
Early Check-in/Late Check-out
- Rooms may not be available before the hotel’s designated check‑in time.
- Early check‑in and late checkout are offered for an additional fee and remain strictly subject to availability.
- If a room is not available upon early arrival or if we are unable to accommodate a late checkout, our bell staff will securely store your luggage on your behalf.
Parking
- Discounted parking is available at STRELLA Parking, located on 95th Street between Columbus Avenue and Amsterdam Avenue.
- Hotel guests may drive up to park in the underground garage for $38 plus tax per 24‑hour period. Please note that there are no in‑and‑out privileges.
- The $38 rate applies to standard‑size vehicles; SUVs and oversized vehicles may be subject to an additional charge.
Lost & Found
The hotel keeps detailed records of all ‘found’ items and will make a reasonable effort to contact the guest if an item is left in the guest’s hotel room after the guest has checked out, which will be placed in our Lost & Found safety box. We will ship items back at the owner’s expense. Any items in the Lost & Found that are not claimed within thirty (30) days will be donated or discarded. Credit cards will be shredded after (7) days. The hotel is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen personal items.
Smoking Policy
- Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited throughout the hotel, including all guest rooms.
- A recovery fee of $350 will be applied if it is determined that smoking occurred in your room during your stay.
Pet Policy
- Night Hotel Broadway is not a pet‑friendly property, and pets are not permitted in guest rooms or public areas of the hotel.
- However, service animals, as defined by applicable law, are fully welcome.
- Guests traveling with a service animal may be asked to confirm that the animal is required due to a disability and that it is trained to perform specific tasks.
- Service animals must remain under the handler’s control at all times and may not be left unattended in the room.
- Any damage or additional cleaning required as a result of a service animal will be the responsibility of the guest.
Facility Fee
- A daily facility fee of $19.99 (subject to change) is applied to each room of your stay. It is a per-night fee.
